How does Shawn serve spine surgeons and their care teams?
Reducing OR time is a win for everyone involved – it’s better for the patient, reduces wear and tear on the surgical team and saves money for the facility. Examples of how I influence this include walking through the best possible alternatives with the surgeon to help them provide a quality outcome for every patient; educating the care team on Acuity products and procedures; and providing flexible support in the OR.
In his free-time, Thomas, a USA wrestling silver certified coach, enjoys training youth athletes at the national level. He lives in Dallas with his wife and their two children.
